As the sun began to set, I pulled off at an overlook. The view was pure magic: layers of rolling mountains fading into soft blues and blacks, with warm pink light spilling across the horizon.

There’s something sacred about watching the sun sink behind the ridges, painting the sky in pinks. The air is still, and the mountains seem to breathe. It’s a reminder of why I do what I do, not just to photograph the scene, but to feel it. It forces you to be present in that moment. Its easy to see the beauty of Skyline Drive left its mark on me.
