Aspen trees have always captivated me. Their beautiful white bark, the way their leaves shimmer when the wind blows, and of course their beautiful display of color diring fall. When the sun hits them just right their leaves burst into this magical glow of yellows, oranges, and reds. While living in Colorado I had the pleasure of seeing these stunning trees change every year, and although I was shooting advertising at the time, I was able to get out and do some nature here and there. My intention was to display this series as a triptych, but they stand alone quite nicely as well.
